IT Project Management

Introduces the principles and practices used to plan, manage and deliver information-technology projects. Learners explore project scope, objectives, stakeholders, scheduling, resources, budgets, risk, quality, communication and project monitoring. The course also introduces Agile and traditional project approaches and develops practical skills for managing technology projects within organisational constraints and changing requirements.

Applicants must have completed a minimum of Class 12 education or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Suitable for aspiring IT project coordinators, administrators, supervisors, team leaders and professionals seeking to upskill or reskill.

Information and Communication Technology

Training on project initiation, planning, work breakdown structures, scheduling, resource allocation, risk registers, stakeholder communication, Agile practices, progress monitoring and project closure. Develop practical ICT skills through hands-on activities involving digital tools, communication technologies, and information systems. Apply ICT techniques to create, manage, communicate, and securely share digital information in workplace contexts.
